Terms of use

These terms govern use of the website. A project is governed by the quotation and subcontract, not by this page.

What the site is for

Information about install-only fire stopping and a means of requesting a quotation. Content is general. It is not a design service, a survey, or legal advice on TGD B, Part B or BCAR.

Quotations

A form submission or email is a request, not an order. Quotations are for labour and certified materials to issued drawings and specifications. They exclude design, surveys, system selection and design responsibility unless a written document states otherwise — and our standard position is that they do not.

Unspecified openings are treated as provisional sums. We do not accept an open-ended duty to find all penetrations.

No design

Use of this site does not appoint us as designer. Construction ancillary certificates we issue are for installation to issued details only. Design ancillaries are outside our scope.

Intellectual property

Text, layout and the Lineach mark on this site belong to Lineach Construction Limited. The site must not be copied for another business.

Liability

We take reasonable care with the content. We are not liable for decisions taken from the website alone. Site availability is not guaranteed.
