Lineach Construction Limited (we), Ardnamullan, Clonard, Co. Meath, A83 FC42, is the controller for personal data sent through lineachfirestop.com.
What we collect
If you use the quotation form or email us, we receive the name, company, email, phone, area and project details you provide. Telephone calls to +353 87 919 9059 are ordinary business calls. We do not operate advertising cookies or a tracking pixel on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to a quotation request or enquiry, and to keep a record of the enquiry and any contract that follows. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in operating the business.
Who sees it
The form is processed by our host (Netlify) and then by us. We do not sell enquiry lists. We may share details with a design or survey partner only if you ask us to introduce one, or if a live project requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a contract: up to 24 months. Contracts, invoices and site records: for the period required by Irish tax and construction record-keeping.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, a correction, or erasure where the law allows. Email dean@lineach.com. You may complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Hosting
The website is hosted on Netlify. See their privacy notice for server logs. Pages are public. Do not enter sensitive personal data in the project-details field.
