No. We are install-only. We supply labour and certified materials and install to drawings and specifications issued by others. We do not accept design responsibility.
No. We do not survey buildings, locate missing penetrations, or select systems. Where a project requires a survey or design, that work can sit with a partner on a separate contract. Our quotation remains for installation only.
Issued drawings, the fire specification or fire strategy extracts, and penetration or joint schedules where they exist. Unspecified openings are treated as provisional sums, not as an open-ended search of the building.

Yes, for the installation. Photo log, seal register, specified product evidence, and a construction ancillary certificate stating installation to issued details only. We do not sign design ancillaries.
TGD B, Part B and BCAR. Fire-stopping maintains compartmentation at service openings as TGD B requires. We do not work to UK Approved Document B.
The query is referred to the design party. We do not invent or substitute a firestop detail on site. Installation of that opening waits until a detail is issued. That may be a variation.
