How a quotation is prepared
Labour and materials
Certified systems named on the specification. Not a design fee.
Provisional sums
Unspecified openings are treated as provisional. We do not search the building.
Handover pack
Photographs, seal register, and an install-to-details ancillary.
Before we start on site
Issued details (or a written client schedule), a contract or purchase order that states install-only / no design, SOLAS Safe Pass on the people attending, employers’ liability and public liability certificates, and RAMS.
On site
We install the named systems to the issued details. Tags match the seal register. Photographs are taken before, during and after. Queries on missing or conflicting details go back to the design party — we do not invent a detail to keep the floor moving.
Variations
Openings not on the schedule are variations or provisional sums. Redesign sits with the design party. Our quotation does not convert into a survey or a design appointment because extra openings appear.

Site access pack
SOLAS Safe Pass, RAMS, insurance certificates, tax clearance as required by the main contractor. We do not claim a firestop CSCS card — firestopping is not a prescribed SOLAS CSCS occupation.
