A firestop package you already hold, with issued details. Labour, certified materials and a BCAR install ancillary. Not a design consultant.
When this is the right subcontract
You have a fire strategy, specification and drawings. You need the openings sealed to those details, tagged, photographed and handed over for the Assigned Certifier. You do not want the specialist to take design duty or to walk the building looking for extra openings.
That is the appointment. The quotation is install-only. If design or survey is still required, it sits on a separate contract with a design partner. Our subcontract does not absorb that duty.
What we bring to your site
- SOLAS Safe Pass on attending operatives
- RAMS before start
- Employers’ liability and public liability certificates as required by the subcontract
- Tax clearance as required before start
- Photo log, seal register, product file, construction ancillary for installation to issued details only
Programme
We plan attendances from the programme you issue — including evening or weekend sealing when a floor is clear, if the quotation provides for it. Catch-up after late M&E is a variation if it was not in the original measure.
Not this appointment
Survey-led remediation, system selection, or a find-all-penetrations duty. If that is the brief, we are not the first contact.
