We do not select systems or approve the fire strategy. Variations that require a new detail are referred to the designer.
No surveys
We do not survey buildings to locate openings. A find-all-penetrations duty is not included.
No design duty
The contract states that we carry no design responsibility. We do not hold professional indemnity for design. We do not sign design ancillaries.
Design partner
Design or survey can sit with a partner on a separate contract. The quotation remains for installation only.
