Penetration sealing
Pipes, cables, cable trays and ducts through compartment walls and floors. Installed to the tested system named on the issued specification.
Typical package
After M&E first-fix, reinstatement of compartmentation at service openings. This is the firestop installation package typically purchased by main contractors and M&E subcontractors in Dublin and the surrounding counties.
We work from penetration schedules and details. An opening that is not on the schedule is treated as a variation or a provisional sum — not as a search of the riser for undocumented openings.

What we do not do
We do not select the collar, wrap, batt or sealant family. We do not approve mixed-service combinations that are not covered by the issued detail. We do not walk the building to find extra openings.
