The company
Líneach Fire Stop is the fire stopping package of Lineach Construction Limited. We supply labour and certified materials and install to drawings and specifications issued by others.
We are based at Ardnamullan, Clonard, Co. Meath, A83 FC42 — Enfield / Summerhill. The working area is Dublin and the surrounding counties: Meath, Kildare, Wicklow and Louth.
How we work
Many firms combine survey, design, installation and certification in a single appointment. That is not our model. Design duty and surveys sit elsewhere. If a client requires them, a design partner can take that work on a separate contract. Our subcontract remains install-only, with no design responsibility written in.
On site we provide SOLAS Safe Pass, RAMS, insurance certificates and tax clearance as required by main contractors. We install manufacturer-tested systems named on the specification. We hand over photographs, a seal register and a construction ancillary certificate for installation to issued details only.
Who we work with
Site managers, M&E contract managers, and quantity surveying / buying on the main contractor side. If you already have a fire strategy and details, we can price the installation. If those documents are not yet available, we are not the appropriate first contact.
