Firestop installation, Dublin

Penetration sealing and passive fire protection installation for Dublin sites. Labour and certified materials to the drawings you already hold.

Typical Dublin work

Most firestop packages we are asked to price are in Dublin. Office and commercial fit-out. New-build cores and risers after M&E. Student and residential schemes where the fire strategy is already approved and the details exist.

The client is usually the main contractor with a specialist package, or the M&E subcontractor who opened the walls and now requires them sealed. That is how fire stopping contractors Ireland work is typically procured — not a walk-round survey of an occupied block.

Access

We travel from Clonard / Enfield. West and north Dublin — Blanchardstown, Citywest, the airport corridor, Swords, Fingal — is a direct route. South and city-centre sites are reached via the M50. We plan attendances around your programme, including evening or weekend sealing when the floor is clear, if the quotation provides for it.

Documents required for a Dublin project

Compartmentation drawings. The fire specification or the relevant TGD B details. Penetration schedules if the M&E contractor has them. We quote from that pack. We do not take a Dublin site on the basis of locating openings on site.

Existing apartment remediation is usually survey-led. That is not our standard offer. If a design or survey partner already holds that contract, we can quote the installation that follows.

What you get

The same installation scope as every other county: tested systems as specified, photo log, seal register, construction ancillary for installation to issued details only. Irish BCAR paperwork. Not UK Approved Document B language.

Meath, Kildare, Wicklow and Louth use the same model. Request a Dublin quotation.
